You choose when you book: we stop at your count, or we keep going and bill the extras after the party. That's the film at cost plus a small price per frame (your spare custom frames first, then plain ones). The exact numbers are in your quote.

Yes. Your package counts photos, and every photo can go in a custom frame. If a guest wants just the photo, the frame stays with you, and every leftover frame is yours at the end of the party.

Travel is included within 25 miles of Alameda, which covers San Francisco, Oakland and Berkeley. Beyond that, travel is quoted separately.

At least 7 days before your party, because custom frames take about a week to print. Dates are first come, first served, since Koii runs every party herself and can only do one a night.

Yes, envelopes are included, so every frame can go home tucked in its own. Just say if you want them in the notes of your quote request.

Yes: 50% of your total holds your date (a quote on its own doesn't). It's non-refundable, and you can reschedule once. When you're ready, reply to your quote email and Koii will send the deposit invoice.
